Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Buick Regal and 2003 Buick Century. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the new O-ring seal. Refer to O-RING REPLACEMENT  .
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the A/C refrigerant pressure sensor to the condenser tube.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the sensor to 4.7 N.m (41 lb in).

  3. Connect the A/C refrigerant pressure sensor to the electrical connector.

  4. Install the air cleaner assembly.
  5. Leak test the fitting of the component using J 39400-A  .
