Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2002 Oldsmobile Bravada, 2002 GMC Envoy XL, 2002 GMC Envoy, and 2002 Chevrolet TrailBlazer. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the washer hose to the vehicle.
  2. Route the hose along the body wiring harness.
  3. Tape the washer hose to the body wiring harness with 3 wraps of electrical tape, every 100 mm (4 in).
  4. Roll carpet back into place along floor panel.
  5. Reinstall rear compartment anchors.
  6. Reinstall rear seat backs.
  7. Reinstall right front sill plate. Refer to DOOR SILL PLATE REPLACEMENT - REAR (TRAILBLAZER, ENVOY, BRAVADA) or DOOR SILL PLATE REPLACEMENT - REAR (TRAILBLAZER EXT, ENVOY XL)
  8. Connect the washer hose connection at the liftgate.
  9. Connect the pass-though grommet the liftgate.

  10. Install the left rear quarter upper trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - REAR QUARTER UPPER (TRAILBLAZER, ENVOY, BRAVADA) in Interior Trim.
  11. Install the rear washer hose out though the bulkhead, and seat the grommet (1).

  12. Connect the rear washer hose connection (2) near the coolant tank.
