Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the liftgate trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - Lift Gate (TrailBlazer, Envoy, Bravada) .
    2. Fig 1: Removing Lock Rod From Lock Cylinder

  2. Remove the lock rod from the lock cylinder.
  3. Remove the C clip from groove in the lock cylinder.
  4. Remove the lock cylinder from the liftgate.
