Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the navigation antenna from the ground plate. Refer to Navigation Antenna Replacement .
  2. Remove the headliner. Refer to HEADLINER REPLACEMENT .
  3. Fig 1: Rivet & Plate

  4. Use a drill bit to drill the head of the rivet (2) out.
  5. Remove the plate (1) from the roof.
  6. Ensure that there are no pieces of metals in the roof to cause rattle while driving.
