Installation Procedure

  1. Install the grille ends into the fender.

    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  2. Install the screw holding the grille to the latch support.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the grille screw to 9 N.m (75 lb in).

  3. Using a Phillips screwdriver, rotate the grille retainer 1/4 turn clockwise.

  4. Install the upper grille baffle.
  5. Close the hood.
  6. Inspect for proper alignment.
  7. For diesel only, install the winter cover, if removed.
