Removal Procedure

  1. Ensure the headlamp switch is in the OFF position.
  2. Remove the headlamp. Refer to Headlamp Assembly Or Headlamp Bulb Replacement (Old Style)   or Headlamp Assembly Or Headlamp Bulb Replacement (New Style GMC)   or Headlamp Assembly Or Headlamp Bulb Replacement (New Style Chevy)   . 
  3. Remove the park/turn signal lamp assembly by pushing on the inboard retainer clip (1).
  4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the assembly.
  5. Remove the lamp assembly from the vehicle.
