Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the manual transmission. Refer to TRANSMISSION REPLACEMENT for Manual Transmission-NV 3500 TRANSMISSION REPLACEMENT for Manual Transmission-NV 4500
  2. Remove the clutch actuator cylinder bolts.
  3. Remove the clutch actuator cylinder.

    If required, the clutch release bearing can be removed from the clutch actuator cylinder for replacement.
