Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the transmission filter. Refer to Automatic Transmission Fluid/Filter Replacement   . 
  2. Remove the forward servo cover bolts, cover, and gasket.
  3. Remove the following parts:
    1. 3.1. Forward servo piston pin (5)
    2. 3.2. O-ring seal (4)
    3. 3.3. Servo piston (3)
    4. 3.4. Retainer (2)
    5. 3.5. Piston spring (1)
