Installation Procedure

  1. Install the fan pulley spacer.
  2. Install the fan pulley.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  3. Install the fan pulley bolts/nuts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the bolts/nuts to 46 N.m (34 lb ft).

  4. Connect the CMP sensor electrical connector (1).
  5. Install the fan clutch. Refer to Fan Clutch Replacement .
