Installation Procedure

  1. Install the air deflector to the housing.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  2. Install the retaining screws.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the screws to 1.6 N.m (14 lb in).

  3. Connect the electrical connectors.
  4. Install the air deflector assembly to the I/P.
  5. Remove the knee bolster. Refer to KNEE BOLSTER REPLACEMENT .
  6. Install the I/P bezel. Refer to BEZEL REPLACEMENT -- INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) CLUSTER .
