Installation Procedure

  1. Install the air temperature door (8).
  2. Assemble the heater/vent module halves.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  3. Install the heater/vent module screws.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the screws to 1.6 N.m (14 lb in).

  4. Install the heater/vent module. Refer to Heater/Vent Module Replacement .
