Removal Procedure

Remove the cargo shelf.
Tumble the third row seats to the cargo position.

Remove the left body side window rear garnish molding. Refer to GARNISH MOLDING REPLACEMENT - BODY SIDE WINDOW - REAR (TRAILBLAZER EXT & ENVOY XL) .
Remove the left body side window forward garnish molding. Refer to GARNISH MOLDING REPLACEMENT - BODY SIDE WINDOW - FRONT (TRAILBLAZER EXT & ENVOY XL) .
Remove the liftgate sill plate. Refer to DOOR SILL PLATE REPLACEMENT - LIFT GATE .
Remove the left rear door sill panel. Refer to DOOR SILL PLATE REPLACEMENT - REAR (TRAILBLAZER, ENVOY & BRAVADA) or DOOR SILL PLATE REPLACEMENT - REAR (TRAILBLAZER EXT & ENVOY XL) .
Remove the lower seat belt anchor bolt.
Remove the auxiliary power outlet from the trim panel. Refer to CIGAR LIGHTER OR 12-VOLT POWER SUPPLY REPLACEMENT .

Release the five screws that retain the rear quarter trim panel to the body.
Remove the rear quarter trim panel from the vehicle.
