Removal Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Oldsmobile Bravada, 2003 GMC Envoy XL, 2003 GMC Envoy, and 2003 Chevrolet TrailBlazer. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Tumble the left seat back in order to gain access to the left 2 rear seat back mounting nuts.

  3. Remove the left 3 rear seat back mounting nuts.
  4. Return the left seat back to the upright position.
  5. Remove the left 2 front seat back mounting nuts.
  6. Remove the left seat back from the vehicle.
  7. If removing the right seat back, perform the following:
    1. 6.1. Remove the left seat back first.
    2. 6.2. Tumble the right seat back in order to gain access to the right rear seat back mounting nut.
    3. 6.3. Remove the right rear seat back mounting nut.
    4. 6.4. Return the right seat back to the upright position.
    5. 6.5. Remove the right front seat back mounting nut.
    6. 6.6. Remove the navigation control processor bracket from the floor panel, if equipped. Refer to NAVIGATION CONTROL PROCESSOR BRACKET REPLACEMENT (TRAILBLAZER, ENVOY & BRAVADA) or NAVIGATION CONTROL PROCESSOR BRACKET REPLACEMENT (TRAILBLAZER EXT & ENVOY XL) in Cellular Communication.
    7. 6.7. Remove the right seat back from the vehicle.
