Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the left closeout/insulator panel. Refer to CLOSEOUT/INSULATOR PANEL REPLACEMENT - LEFT   . 
  2. Remove the knee bolster trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - KNEE BOLSTER   .  .
  3. Remove the 2 headlamp trim plate retaining nuts.
  4. Use a plastic flat bladed tool in order to release the retaining clips.
  5. Remove the headlamp trim plate from the instrument panel (IP).
