Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the left closeout/insulator panel. Refer to CLOSEOUT/INSULATOR PANEL REPLACEMENT - LEFT   . 
  2. Remove the knee bolster trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - KNEE BOLSTER   . 
  3. Remove the 4 knee bolster retaining nuts.
  4. Remove the knee bolster from the steering column support bracket.
