Removal Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Oldsmobile Bravada, 2003 GMC Envoy XL, 2003 GMC Envoy, and 2003 Chevrolet TrailBlazer. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Remove the rear door trim panel. Refer to INTERIOR TRIM  in Doors.
  2. Remove the water deflector. Refer to DOOR SYSTEM, MIRROR SYSTEM & WINDOW SYSTEM  in Doors.
  3. Disconnect the speaker electrical connector.
  4. Remove the 3 speaker retaining bolts.
  5. Remove the speaker from the door.
