Removal Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Oldsmobile Bravada, 2003 GMC Envoy XL, 2003 GMC Envoy, and 2003 Chevrolet TrailBlazer. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Remove the upper right quarter trim panel. Refer to INTERIOR TRIM  in Interior Trim.
  2. Remove the lower right quarter trim panel. Refer to INTERIOR TRIM  or INTERIOR TRIM  in Interior Trim.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the radio speaker amplifier.
  4. Remove the 4 bolts that retain the radio speaker amplifier to the body.
  5. Remove the radio speaker amplifier from the body.
