Installation Procedure

  1. Install the blower motor to the HVAC module.
  2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the blower motor retaining screws.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 1.7 N.m (15 lb in).

  4. Connect the blower motor cooling tube to the HVAC module.

  6. Connect the blower motor electrical connector.
  7. Install the I/P lower insulator panel - RH. Refer to Closeout/Insulator Panel Replacement - Right in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
