Installation Procedure

  1. Install a new O-ring. Refer to O-Ring Replacement .
  2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the pressure sensor (1) to the evaporator tube - front.

    Tighten:  Tighten the sensor to 4.75 N.m (42 lb in).

  5. Connect the pressure sensor electrical connector.
  6. Leak test the fittings of the component using J 39400-A  . See Special Tools and Equipment .
