Installation Procedure

- Install the radiator outlet hose to the radiator.
- Reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp to the radiator using J 38185 . See Special Tools and Equipment .
- Lower the vehicle.
- Install the radiator outlet hose to the water pump.
- Reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp to the water pump using J 38185 . See Special Tools and Equipment .
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System .
