Installation Procedure

  1. Install the PCV valve to the valve pipe.
  2. Install the PCV valve pipe to the right rocker arm cover and intake manifold.
    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the PCV valve pipe strap nut.

    Tighten:  Tighten the PCV valve pipe strap nut to 12 N.m (106 lb in).

  5. Install the PCV valve pipe to the left rocker arm cover.

  7. Install the PCV tube to the right rocker arm cover and intake manifold, if necessary.
