Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the folding top cover. Refer to Folding Top Cover Replacement .
  2. Fig 1: Stay Pad Staples To Bow

  3. Using a pair of needle-nosed pliers, remove the stay pad staples from the #5 bow.
  4. Cover the stowage compartment lid to protect the lid from damage.
  5. Latch the top.

  7. Using a pair of needle-nosed pliers, remove the stay pad staples to the #4, 3, and 2 bows.
  8. Drill out the stay pad rivets to the #1 bow.
  9. Remove the stay pad.
