Installation Procedure

  1. Position the hinge to the lift window panel.
  2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the bolts attaching the hinge to the lift window panel.

    Tighten:  Tighten the lift window hinge bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

  5. Apply sealer around the hinge studs.
  6. Install the rear compartment lift window panel. Refer to Lift Window Panel Replacement - Rear .
