Fuel Fill Door Description and Operation

The fuel fill door system is operated by the fuel tank filler door lock release switch or by the manual release wire. The fuel fill door system contains the following components:
- Fuel Tank Filler Door Lock Release Switch
- Fuel Tank Filler Door Lock Actuator
The fuel fill door is operated by the fuel tank filler door lock release switch. When the switch is operated battery voltage is applied the fuel tank filler door lock actuator. When the fuel tank filler door lock actuator is energized, the fuel fill door will release.
