Installation Procedure

  1. Position the side trim panel to the vehicle.
  2. Secure the panel to the roof bow.
  3. Secure the side trim panel to the lock pillar.
  4. Secure the side trim panel to the rear compartment support with a push in retainer.
  5. Secure the side trim panel to the side of the roof.

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  7. Install the seat belt upper guide bolt and cover.

    Tighten:  Tighten the seat belt guide bolt to 41 N.m (31 lb ft).

  8. Snap the cover closed.

  10. Install the rear compartment support trim panel.

  12. Align the rear window lower garnish molding retainers to the holes in the roof panel.
  13. Push firmly on the garnish molding seating the retainers.
  14. Install the push pins securing the ends of the garnish molding.
