Antenna Mast Cleaning

- Turn the ignition to the ACC or ON position.
- Turn the radio ON to raise the power antenna to full extension.
- Dampen a clean cloth with mineral spirits.
- Wipe the cloth up and down over the antenna sections, in order to remove any dirt.
- Using a clean, dry cloth, wipe off the antenna to remove any loosened dirt and or moisture.
- Turn the radio OFF to fully lower the power antenna.
- Repeat steps 2 through 6 until the antenna is clean.
- Turn the ignition OFF.
IMPORTANT:
When wiping the antenna clean, pay particular attention to removing any dirt from the antenna section joints.
