Installation Procedure

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  1. Install the backup lamp switch.

    Tighten:  Tighten the backup lamp switch to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).

  2. Fig 2: Backup Lamp Switch Electrical Connector

  3. Connect the backup lamp switch electrical connector.
  4. Install the catalytic converter. Refer to Catalytic Converter Replacement in Engine Exhaust.
  5. Lower the vehicle.
