Removal Procedure

- Remove the cargo shelf.
- Tumble the third row seats to the cargo position.
- Remove the left body side window rear garnish molding. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Body Side Window - Rear (TrailBlazer EXT, Envoy XL) .
- Remove the left body side window forward garnish molding. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Body Side Window - Front (TrailBlazer EXT, Envoy XL) .
- Remove the liftgate sill plate. Refer to DOOR SILL PLATE REPLACEMENT-Lift Gate .
- Remove the left rear door sill panel. Refer to Door Sill Plate Replacement - Rear (TrailBlazer, Envoy, Bravada) or Door Sill Plate Replacement - Rear (TrailBlazer EXT, Envoy XL) ..
- Remove the lower seat belt anchor bolt.
- Remove the auxiliary power outlet from the trim panel. Refer to Cigar Lighter Housing or 12 Volt Accessory Power Receptacle Replacement .
- Release the five screws that retain the rear quarter trim panel to the body.
- Remove the rear quarter trim panel from the vehicle.
