Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the outlet radiator hose from the water outlet housing. Refer to RADIATOR HOSE REPLACEMENT - OUTLET (BODY VIN CODE 3)   or  RADIATOR HOSE REPLACEMENT - OUTLET (BODY VIN CODE 6 LM4)   or RADIATOR HOSE REPLACEMENT - OUTLET (BODY VIN CODE 6 LL8)   .
  2. Remove the power steering pump bracket. Refer to POWER STEERING PUMP BRACKET REPLACEMENT  in Power Steering System.
  3. Remove the water outlet bolts.
  4. Remove the water outlet.
