Removal Procedure

  1. Partially drain the cooling system. Refer to DRAINING AND FILLING COOLING SYSTEM (BODY VIN CODE 6)   or DRAINING AND FILLING COOLING SYSTEM (BODY VIN CODE 3)   .
  2. Remove the upper radiator baffle. Refer to AIR INTAKE BAFFLE REPLACEMENT - RADIATOR  in Body Front End.
  3. Remove the vent inlet hose from the radiator.
  4. Remove the vent inlet hose from the surge tank.
