Removal Procedure

- Partially drain the cooling system. Refer to DRAINING AND FILLING COOLING SYSTEM (BODY VIN CODE 6) or DRAINING AND FILLING COOLING SYSTEM (BODY VIN CODE 3) .
- Remove the upper radiator baffle. Refer to AIR INTAKE BAFFLE REPLACEMENT - RADIATOR in Body Front End.
- Remove the vent inlet hose from the radiator.
- Remove the vent inlet hose from the surge tank.
