Installation Procedure

  1. Install the vent inlet hose to the surge tank.
  2. Install the vent inlet hose to the radiator.
  3. Install the upper radiator baffle. Refer to AIR INTAKE BAFFLE REPLACEMENT - RADIATOR  in Body Front End.
  4. Fill the cooling system. Refer to DRAINING AND FILLING COOLING SYSTEM (BODY VIN CODE 6)   or DRAINING AND FILLING COOLING SYSTEM (BODY VIN CODE 3)   .
