Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to DRAINING AND FILLING COOLING SYSTEM (BODY VIN CODE 6)   or DRAINING AND FILLING COOLING SYSTEM (BODY VIN CODE 3)   .
  2. Remove the air intake resonator. Refer to AIR CLEANER RESONATOR OUTLET DUCT .
  3. Reposition the outlet hose clamp from the water pump.
  4. Remove the outlet hose from the water pump.

  5. Reposition the outlet hose clamp from the radiator.
  6. Remove the outlet hose from the radiator.
