Oil Pump Pipe and Screen Assembly Installation

  1. Install a new oil pump pipe O-ring.
  2. Install the oil pump pipe and screen assembly.
  3. Add sealant GM P/N United States 12346004, GM P/N Canada 10953480 to the oil pump pipe bolt threads.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  4. Install the oil pump pipe and screen assembly bolts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the oil pump pipe and screen assembly bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
