Test Description

The numbers below refer to the step numbers on the diagnostic table.

  1. 3. This step verifies the ignition 1 voltage circuit can supply adequate power to the traction control switch.
  2. 4. This step verifies the EBCM is applying ground to the low traction indicator.
  3. 5. The EBCM may be damaged if the traction control active signal circuit is shorted to voltage.
