Circuit Description

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Oldsmobile Bravada, 2003 GMC Envoy XL, 2003 GMC Envoy, and 2003 Chevrolet TrailBlazer. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

The traction control switch is a momentary-contact, normally-open switch that can be used to disable the TCS. Each time the traction control switch is pressed, the TCS enabled/disabled status changes. When TCS is disabled, the EBCM illuminates the traction off indicator by opening the service traction control signal circuit.
