Installation Procedure

Snap the electric park lock (2) onto the ignition lock cylinder case assembly (1).

CAUTION: Refer to SIR INFLATOR MODULE COIL CAUTION In Cautions and Notices.
Reconnect the connector (2) to the electric park lock (1).
Install the upper and lower trim covers. Refer to STEERING COLUMN TRIM COVERS REPLACEMENT .
Enable the SIR system. Refer to DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM in Air Bag Restraint Systems.
