Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the upper radiator air intake baffle. Refer to AIR INTAKE BAFFLE REPLACEMENT - RADIATOR  in Body Front End.
  2. Remove the drive belt. Refer to DRIVE BELT REPLACEMENT  in Engine Mechanical 4.2L.
  3. Remove the power steering pump pulley using J 25034-C.
