Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the radiator air intake baffle. Refer to AIR INTAKE BAFFLE REPLACEMENT - RADIATOR  in Body Front End.
  2. Install a drain pan under the vehicle.
  3. Disconnect the power steering hose assembly from the power steering cooler.

  4. Remove the power steering cooler mounting bolts.

  5. Remove the power steering cooler from the radiator support.
