Installation Procedure

  1. Install the power steering cooler to the radiator support.

    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the power steering cooler mounting bolts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the power steering cooler mounting bolts to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).

  3. Connect the power steering hoses assembly to the power steering cooler.
  4. Remove drain pan from under the vehicle.
  5. Install the radiator air intake baffle. Refer to AIR INTAKE BAFFLE REPLACEMENT - RADIATOR  in Body Front End.
