Installation Procedure

  1. Install the air temperature actuator (2) to the rear HVAC module.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the screws to the actuator.
  3. Tighten 
  4. Tighten the screws to 1.9 N.m (17 lb in).

  5. Connect the electrical connector to the air temperature actuator.
  6. Recalibrate the air temperature actuator. Refer to Re-Calibrating Actuators (Primary)   or RE-CALIBRATING ACTUATORS (AUXILIARY HVAC)   . 
  7. Install the right rear quarter trim panel. Refer to INTERIOR TRIM  or INTERIOR TRIM  in Interior Trim.
