Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2002 Oldsmobile Bravada, 2002 GMC Envoy XL, 2002 GMC Envoy, and 2002 Chevrolet TrailBlazer. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the speaker to the IP.
  2. Connect the speaker electrical connector.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the 3 speaker retaining screws.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

  4. Install the trim pad. Refer to TRIM PAD REPLACEMENT - INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
