1	Did you review the rear entertainment system operation and perform the necessary inspections?	Go to Step 2	Go to Symptoms - Entertainment
2	Turn ON the ignition. Lower the screen of the video display. Press the power button on the DVD player. The amber indicator on the DVD player button turns ON. Turn OFF the ignition and open a door. The rear video entertainment system turns OFF. Does the system operate normally?	Go to TESTING FOR INTERMITTENT CONDITIONS AND POOR CONNECTIONS in Wiring Systems	Go to Step 3
3	Disconnect the rear entertainment system connector. Test the ignition-3 voltage circuit of the rear entertainment system for a short to battery positive voltage. Refer to CIRCUIT TESTING and WIRING REPAIRS in Wiring Systems. Did you find and correct the condition?	Go to Step 6	Go to Step 4
