Test Description

  1. 1:  The presence of DTCs
  2. 6:  The symptom list in Symptoms will determine the correct diagnostic procedure to use.
Diagnostic System Check - Air Suspension

Step Action Yes No
Schematic Reference: Suspension Controls Schematics 
Turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF.
Does the LED in the inflator switch flash?
Go to Step 4  Go to Step 2 
2 Press and release the inflator ON/OFF switch.
Does the LED in the Switch illuminate and the compressor start to run?
Go to Step 3  Go to Inflator Inoperative 
3 Press and release the inflator ON/OFF switch.
Does the LED in the switch flash?
Go to Step 4  System OK
4 Does the LED in the switch flash DTC 1? Go to DTC 001  Go to Step 5 
5 Does the LED in the switch flash DTC 2? Go to DTC 002  Go to Step 6 
Does the LED in the switch flash DTC 3? Go to DTC 003  Go to Symptoms - Air Suspension
