Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the radiator inlet hose from the water outlet housing. Refer to Radiator Hose Replacement - Outlet (LM4)  or Radiator Hose Replacement - Outlet (LL8) .
  2. Remove the power steering pump bracket. Refer to Power Steering Pump Bracket Replacement in Power Steering System.

  3. Remove the water outlet housing bolts.
  4. Remove the water outlet housing and seal. Discard the old seal.
