Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System (LL8)  or Draining and Filling Cooling System (LM4) .

  3. Using J 38185  reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp (3).
  4. Remove the radiator outlet hose (2) from the radiator.

  6. Using J 38185  reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp.
  7. Remove the radiator outlet hose from the engine (5).
  8. Remove the radiator outlet hose.
