Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page does not describe the selected car, but rather 6 other vehicles, including the 2004 Oldsmobile Bravada, 2004 GMC Envoy XUV, 2004 GMC Envoy XL, 2004 GMC Envoy, and 2004 Chevrolet TrailBlazer. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the thermal gasket to the blower motor control processor-auxiliary.

  3. Install the blower motor control processor-auxiliary (3).
  4. NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  5. Install the screws to the blower motor control processor-auxiliary (3).

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

  6. Connect the electrical connector to the blower motor control processor-auxiliary (3).
  7. Install the HVAC module-auxiliary. Refer to HVAC Module Replacement - Auxiliary .
