Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the HVAC module assembly (1). Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement .
  2. Fig 1: Evaporator Core

  3. Remove screws in order to separate the HVAC module assembly.
  4. Remove the screws from the air temperature actuator.
  5. Remove the air temperature actuator.
  6. Remove the screws from the mode actuator.
  7. Remove the mode actuator.
  8. Separate the HVAC module case halves.

  10. Remove the air temperature door (1) from the lower module half.
