Installation Procedure

  1. Install the lower air distribution duct (5) to the C-pillar.
  2. Install the lower air distribution duct retaining screw (4).
  3. NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  4. Tighten the lower air distribution duct retaining screw.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screw to 1.9 N.m (17 lb in).

  5. Install the upper air distribution duct (6) to the C-pillar.
  6. Install the upper air distribution duct retaining screw (7).

    Tighten:  Tighten the screw to 1.9 N.m (17 lb in).

  7. Install the headliner. Refer to Headliner Replacement (TrailBlazer, Envoy, Bravada) or Headliner Replacement (TrailBlazer EXT, Envoy XL) or Headliner Replacement (Envoy XUV) in Interior Trim.
  8. Install the right rear quarter trim. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter - Right (TrailBlazer, Envoy, Bravada) or Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter - Right (TrailBlazer EXT, Envoy XL) in Interior Trim.
