Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
  2. Remove the front steering gear crossmember rear mounting bolts.
  3. Remove the rear steering gear crossmember mounting bolts.
  4. Remove the rear steering gear crossmember from the vehicle.
