Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page does not describe the selected car, but rather 6 other vehicles, including the 2004 Oldsmobile Bravada, 2004 GMC Envoy XUV, 2004 GMC Envoy XL, 2004 GMC Envoy, and 2004 Chevrolet TrailBlazer. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

Align the applique (3) to the vehicle.
Insert the upper flange into the roof rail (4).
Align the snap-in fasteners to the holes in the roof.
Press the applique downward until all 4 fasteners lock into place.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Install the bolts (2).
Tighten: Tighten the bolts (2) to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
Install the fastener access covers (1).
